Meet Annie: Attachment and Burnout Therapist in Toronto

I value a holistic, depth-oriented approach that honours the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. Together, we look beyond the surface of your concerns to understand the roots of what may be shaping your experience. When these deeper layers of ourselves are brought into awareness and integrated, meaningful and lasting shifts can begin to emerge.

There are many layers of stories carried within us, including stories of the past, stories we tell ourselves, and stories we have internalized from others. Some are painful, some are buried, and others remain unconscious, influencing how we move through life, form relationships, and understand ourselves. These stories do not live only in the mind. They can also be held in the body, showing up as tension, discomfort, or persistent physical sensations. In a safe, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive space, we will gently explore how these stories may have shaped patterns over time and how they continue to show up in your present life. I am here to support you in reconnecting with who you are beneath these layers.

As deeper understanding and meaning emerge, a clearer sense of self and alignment may unfold.

My experience working in advertising for over a decade has given me personal insight into how misalignment, stress, hopelessness, and burnout can impact our well-being. Through my own therapeutic journey, I have come to understand how past experiences and trauma can disconnect us from ourselves, and how engaging in deeper inner work can support a return to greater clarity, intention, and self-connection.
