The nitty gritty
If you receive extended health benefits, our services are covered by the vast majority of insurance providers- if unsure, please reach out to your HR representative or insurance provider to check coverage details for your plan.
For those who do not have extended health insurance coverage and experience financial difficulties, we provide low-cost therapy with trained and supervised Practicum Therapists. These are graduate-level students in Counselling Psychology who are pursuing their license with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario or experienced practitioners relocating to Canada and are completing a practicum as a part of obtaining their licenses in Ontario. Kindly note that Practicum Therapist availability may be limited for multilingual requirements and specialized concerns. If you are in need of low-cost therapy, we will do our best to match you with a Practicum Therapist but may recommend that you work with a more experienced therapist based on availability and suitability for the specific concern that you are seeking to address.
Due to regional psychotherapy licensing regulations, we are unable to work with clients who are residents of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. We are able to work with residents of all other provinces and territories.
