Meet Steph: Trauma Therapist in Toronto

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma or PTSD, self doubt, or the pressure of holding everything together on your own. You may feel stuck in patterns that leave you disconnected from yourself or others, unsure of how to move forward, or simply exhausted from trying to cope alone. Sometimes the hardest part is not understanding why you feel the way you do despite working so hard to manage it.

Therapy can offer a space to slow down, better understand yourself, and process difficult or painful experiences. Together, we can explore what may be contributing to your distress while building new ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more sustainable and authentic.

I offer a warm, collaborative approach where you can show up as you are without judgment. I have experience supporting clients navigating trauma and PTSD, as well as anxiety, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I integrate CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT, and psychodynamic approaches based on your unique needs and goals.

My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel more grounded, connected, and supported. Over time, our work can help you strengthen coping skills, deepen self understanding, and move through life with greater confidence, self awareness, and compassion.
