We are excited to announce another virtual drop-in group, Beyond Worlds: Navigating Cultural Identity and Family Expectations! π This group will support first- and second-gen immigrants & children of immigrants with intergenerational conflict as a result of cultural differences.
By joining this group, you will:
π Explore intergenerational expectations and cultural values.
π Examine attachment styles/patterns and how they can influence relationships.
π Understand personal boundaries/needs and how to communicate them.
π Explore how conflict impacts our emotions and how to meet them with compassion.
π Connect with others going through similar situations... You are not alone!

π Thursdays weekly across 5 weeks (Oct 23 - Nov 20)
