We are excited to announce another virtual drop-in group, Beyond Worlds: Navigating Cultural Identity and Family Expectations! 🌎 This group will support first- and second-gen immigrants & children of immigrants with intergenerational conflict as a result of cultural differences. 

By joining this group, you will:

💠 Explore intergenerational expectations and cultural values.

💠 Examine attachment styles/patterns and how they can influence relationships.

💠 Understand personal boundaries/needs and how to communicate them.

💠 Explore how conflict impacts our emotions and how to meet them with compassion.

💠 Connect with others going through similar situations... You are not alone!

Details:

🫶🏽 For people ages 18-35 with lived experience of intergenerational cultural identity conflict

📅 Thursdays weekly across 5 weeks (Oct 23 - Nov 20)

⏰ 7-8 PM EST

🖥️ Virtual small group- meeting link to be sent following registration

💲 Pay what you can, whether that is $0, $5, or $10
