We are excited to announce another virtual drop-in group, Beyond Worlds: Navigating Cultural Identity and Family Expectations! 🌎 This group will support first- and second-gen immigrants & children of immigrants with intergenerational conflict as a result of cultural differences. 

By joining this group, you will:

πŸ’  Explore intergenerational expectations and cultural values.

πŸ’  Examine attachment styles/patterns and how they can influence relationships.

πŸ’  Understand personal boundaries/needs and how to communicate them.

πŸ’  Explore how conflict impacts our emotions and how to meet them with compassion.

πŸ’  Connect with others going through similar situations... You are not alone!

πŸ“… Thursdays weekly across 5 weeks (Oct 23 - Nov 20)

⏰ 7-8 PM EST
