Comfortable Connections: Online Drop-in Group for Social Anxiety

Do you struggle with worry, self-consciousness, or fear of judgment in social situations? You’re not alone. Our Social Anxiety Therapy Group offers a supportive space to explore challenges, build confidence, and practice meaningful strategies for managing anxiety in social settings.

Through guided discussions and evidence-based tools, participants will:

  • Learn practical skills to reduce anxiety in social situations

  • Gain insight into thought patterns that fuel self-doubt

  • Practice coping strategies in a safe and encouraging environment

  • Connect with others who share similar experiences

Details:

Dates: September 30 – December 9 (biweekly, Tuesdays, drop-ins welcome)

Time: 6:30-7:30PM

Location: Online via Google Meets (link will be emailed to participants 1 day prior)

Who can join: Adults seeking support for social anxiety. No prior therapy experience is required.

Cost: $10 or pay what you can
